I had been looking to update my website for a few months and finally got around to actually moving on the project. I created a spec of what I was looking for in my new website which basically was a screenshot of things I wanted on a very high level. After approaching a few companies I went with T2 for a number of reasons.

They Listen!

My first point of contact was Rosemary in Sales/Customer service and she listened - I can't stress how important that was to me. Our website had to reflect our business, our pesonalities and our unique service - we didnt want just another snazzy bells and whistles out of a box site. We took our customers feedback and built it into the design and that was the overriding factor in all design decisions. 

The Developers do more than just Develop, they think about your business.

Aideen, the primary web developer was brilliant, she gave her opinions and her suggestions were well thought out and reflected our business - when we asked for a particular functionality she often suggested a different, more cost effective route to the same outcome which was again much appreciated. For functionality that was not reasonable, she took the time to explain why or the cost associated with doing it so I could make an informed decision. 

Rita the SEO guru did exactly what we expected - optimised within reason to ensure our rankings and organic searches reached us - and they have. And that was the experience I had with all the members of staff - they were professional and did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. 

Now i've had a great experince working with T2, but I had to put in some hours too. My responsibilities were in writing content (although they optimised it), thinking and knowing what I actually wanted. There good - but they are not mindreaders so be prepared to at least point them in the right direction - it'll save time, money and stress in the long run. 

So what else is left to say - I got the website I wanted -delivered on time, at the agreed cost and my web activity and sales are increasing. So I'd be happy to recommend T2 to any company looking to get more out of their online presence but be prepared to put some work in yourself too.
